Class Description

Focused & progressive legs, bums, torso & tums resistance training. Working in groups of 3+ in a non-stop giant set specifically working one area of your body at a time with intense bouts of resistance exercise. This format is individual progression-friendly giving you the ability to increase your workload to to challenge your body every time you attend
